Customer Service Manager

Overview Position: Retail Store Manager (Goodwill of Central and Northern Arizona) Location: 25410 S Arizona Ave, Chandler, AZ 85248 | Phone: View phone number on click.appcast.io | Starting Pay: $18.00 per hour Key responsibilities: Lead daily operations of the sales floor and drive business achievement of sales goals. Build, lead, and retain a high‑performing team of Retail Sales Associates. Execute retail operations plan to achieve daily, monthly, quarterly, and yearly goals for profit, revenue, and production. Conduct new goods inventory; reconcile and balance daily paperwork. Maintain store cleanliness, standards, and brand representation. Ensure compliance with Security, Health, and Safety policies. Perform performance management: coaching, discipline, performance improvement, and annual reviews. Provide mentoring, training, and coaching to develop team members. Drive company culture change efforts and model Goodwill core values. Assist with bank deposits, cross-store duties, and training as needed. Qualifications High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent work experience. One year of retail management experience preferred; one year of customer service experience required. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite. Ability to pass a background check and drug screen (where applicable). Strong written and verbal English proficiency.
