ERP Dynamics 365 Developer (Washington, DC) Role: ERP Dynamics 365 Developer – Contract-to-Cash (C2C) on Cedent's W-2. Location: Washington, DC. This is a contract position. Responsibilities Lead the technical team in the implementation of Dynamics 365 for Customer Service and Customer Insights. Collaborate with business stakeholders to define requirements and identify key business processes that will be supported by the new solution. Develop a solution architecture that is scalable, efficient, and meets the needs of the business. Drive the implementation of Dynamics 365, including customization, configuration, and integration with other systems. Manage the development process, including code review, testing, and deployment. Ensure that the solution meets security and compliance requirements. Provide guidance and support to the development team and collaborate with other IT teams to ensure successful integration with other systems. Troubleshoot technical issues and provide solutions to technical problems. Assist engineering teams in eliminating technical debt. Utilize Azure DevOps CI/CD for deployment. Automated testing (Unit, Integration, End‑End, Performance) to ensure high-quality and efficient delivery of the solution. Document technical design and architecture and provide knowledge transfer to other team members. Ensure that the implementation is delivered on time and within budget. Required Skills and Experience 10+ years of direct experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365, including Field Service and Portals. Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 configuration, customization, plugin, and SDK based development. Experience with MS Power Apps/Flows. Experience with Visual Studio. Technically fluent in programming languages, including .NET, C#, ASP.NET, JavaScript, XML, jQuery, CSS, and HTML. #J-18808-Ljbffr
