**Key Responsibilities:**

* Design, implement, and refine project plans, workflows, and dashboards using advanced project management and collaborative work management solutions to ensure clarity, teamwork, and ownership.
* Develop and standardize processes for project intake, prioritization, and execution, fostering seamless cross-team and cross-functional collaboration.
* Generate comprehensive reports and insights on project performance, resource allocation, and overall project success to inform strategic decisions.

**What You Bring:**

**Must-Have Qualifications:**

* In-depth knowledge of configuring and enabling advanced project management and workflow tools (Smartsheets), with a primary focus on setting up these solutions for a Project Management Office (PMO).
* Strong understanding of project management principles and workflow tools for optimal effectiveness and efficiency.
* Project management certification (e.g., PMP, CAPM).
* Proven experience with Agile methodologies.
* Change management certification.
* Demonstrated experience applying these tools and methodologies in real-world scenarios.

**Nice-to-Have Qualifications:**

* An understanding of specialized financial giving vehicles.
* Work samples showcasing your project management and process optimization skills.
