Paid time off is earned according to the local policy and increases with the length of employment.Click HERE to discover how we empower team members to grow, thrive, and advance in their careers.We Love Our Work.What does River City Casino & Hotel have to offer?Day 1 medical, dental, & vision benefits!Uber benefit for nearby metro stops.Recognition programs with cash rewards, gift cards, & more.Tuition Reimbursement, Lindenwood University Discounts, & Diversity Scholarship for Team Member's children.As a HVAC Technician, you will :Pay: Starting at $24.00 per hour, based on experience | Shift: 10:30 pm - 6:30 amThe Engineer IV performs a variety of advanced journey level, lead and/or specialized trade tasks which could include upholstery, electrical, plumbing, HVAC, carpentry kitchen equipment and general maintenance; may act as a lead worker for assigned shift and ensure assignments are distributed and completed; performs duties with minimum or no supervision; provides advanced support duties to higher level management staff; and performs related tasks within area of assignment.Maintains buildings by performing major routine plumbing, electrical, carpentry, kitchen equipment and HVAC maintenance.Receives work assignments via HotSOS, executes assignments and completes work orders as directed.Notifies Maintenance Supervisor or Manager concerning needs of major repairs or additions to lighting, heating, cooling, plumbing and equipment.Contacts and coordinates work with outside vendors as directed.Bring Us Your Best.Applicant must be at least 21 years of age.High School diploma or GED equivalent plus five (4) years' experience in one of the required related maintenance fields (Plumbing, HVAC, Electrical, Carpentry or Kitchen Equipment).Advanced plumbing, carpentry, electrical, HVAC and general building repair.Knowledge of Building management systems.Knowledge of operations of Central Plant and emergency power distribution systems.Interpret electrical wiring diagrams/drawings.Read blueprints.Stay In The Game.
