OSP Site Survey / Field Note Technician Santa Fe, NM & Surrounding Areas | Full-Time | Use Your Own Vehicle

We're looking for a dependable OSP Site Survey / Field Note Technician who thrives in the field and plays a key role in expanding fiber connectivity across Northern New Mexico. If you enjoy being outdoors, meeting customers, solving real-world problems, and delivering high-quality field data, this is a great opportunity.

What You'll Do:

Conduct on-site surveys and field assessments for potential business customers

Meet with clients at their locations to understand service needs and evaluate fiber opportunities

Document existing conditions, identify available equipment, duct space, and pathways for fiber placement

Take clear photos and detailed field notes for upcoming construction projects

Prepare and submit organized reports (including pictures) through online systems

Travel daily throughout Santa Fe and surrounding communities

What You Bring:

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

Familiarity with communications equipment and telecom infrastructure (preferred but not required)

Solid computer skills - comfortable creating reports and using online submission tools

Valid driver's license with a clean driving record

Ability to pass drug test and background check

Comfortable working independently outdoors in varying weather and terrain
