Due to continued growth and increased customer demand, we are expanding our sales team and hiring motivated In-Home Sales Representatives in the Cincinnati, Dayton and NKY markets. No home improvement experience is required , and while sales experience is a plus, we provide comprehensive paid training to help you succeed. Unlike many companies in our industry, all of our sales representatives are 100% W-2 employees—not independent contractors. What You'll Do Meet with pre-qualified homeowners who have requested a consultation—no cold calling or prospecting. Conduct in-home product demonstrations for our windows, doors, and bath remodeling solutions. Listen to homeowners' needs and recommend the best products for their home. Deliver an exceptional customer experience from consultation through sale. What We Are Not No cold calling or telemarketing. No lead generation—we provide all appointments. Ability to work a full-time schedule, including daytime, evening, and some weekend appointments.
