Clinic Coordinator 1

We are seeking a reliable, detail-oriented Clinic Coordinator to support daily clinic operations and deliver excellent customer service. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, patient-facing environment. Responsibilities Customer Service Greet claimants and assist with check-in and paperwork Respond to client inquiries and handle calls professionally Address concerns and elevate issues as needed Clinic Support Chaperone exams and assist providers throughout the day Prepare and clean exam rooms Ensure all required documentation is completed accurately Administrative Tasks Scan, fax, email, and manage medical documents Enter and maintain data in internal systems Verify information with external agencies as needed Compliance & Quality Follow HIPAA and company policies Maintain confidentiality of all records Meet department standards and performance metrics Qualifications Required: High school diploma or equivalent Strong communication and organizational skills Attention to detail and ability to multitask Physical Requirements Ability to sit or stand for extended periods Ability to walk throughout the clinic as needed Manual dexterity for computer and office equipment use #J-18808-Ljbffr Emperion
