Includes set up and all functionality to operate the equipment providing expected daily outputs. Operator will be required to complete daily preventive maintenance as required. Willingness to move around the shop floor and be assigned to equipment as needed.Essential Functions & Principal AccountabilitiesFollows Production Schedule to meet SLA.Sets up and adjust press for job runs to meet specifications.Reviews and completes specs from job tickets and layouts both accurately and precisely.Follow approval procedures.Produce high quality work. Complete required production quality inspections inspecting work as it is being produced.Works with Quality Team ensuring quality standards are met.Meet production standards for output and waste.DependabilityMonitor's equipment during job runs, remains alert to mechanical problems and corrects or refers to maintenance, as necessary.Perform basic maintenance on press.Adheres to safety guideline works in a safe manner.Provide appropriate tools.Good attendancePerforms other duties as assigned.ISO program compliance and supportAdditional ResponsibilitiesAlways take responsibility for the safety of self and others.Take responsibility to eliminate accidents, injuries & hazards always.Observe and act in accordance with all applicable laws & regulations & company policies.Other duties/projects as assigned.Knowledge/Skills/AbilitiesReasoning ability – Ability to apply commonsense understanding to carry out detailed and involved written or oral instructions.
