Security Officer - Screening Specialist Part Time

Position Details Position Type Part Time Pay Rate $21.59 / Hour Job Schedule Sat 05:30 AM - 12:00 PM Sun 06:30 AM - 12:00 PM What You'll Do Provide customer service by carrying out site-specific screening procedures, access protocols, and or emergency response activities at a financial services location. Screen visitors, employees, and or vendors entering the location, verify credentials and authorized access, and report unusual activity or policy concerns to site leadership. Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following post instructions and allied universal protocols for documentation and escalation. Conduct regular and random patrols around the business and perimeter, observing for conditions that could impact operations and helping to deter unauthorized access or disruptive behavior. Complete required logs, screening records, and incident reports, and communicate clearly with clients, visitors, and or responding personnel regarding security-related matters. Minimum Requirements Possess at least 1 year of security-related experience. Be at least 21 years of age. Customer service experience is preferred. Being comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred. Access control and or badge experience is preferred. Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
