We are seeking a Board-Certified Internal Medicine Physician to join a growing value-based primary care clinic in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania , serving an underserved senior population. This outpatient internal medicine position offers a patient-centered practice model, excellent work-life balance, and above-market compensation.

Outpatient Internal Medicine Job Highlights

Full-time, permanent outpatient internal medicine position
Monday-Friday schedule
No nights, no weekends, no inpatient call
Small patient panel designed for continuity and improved outcomes
12-15 patients per day
Longer appointment times to support quality care
Dedicated Medical Assistant and Medical Scribe
