Radiology physician job in Maine :

An independent, non-profit, community-based hospital, designated as a Critical Access Hospital in central Maine, is adding a Radiologist. The hospital serves a broad rural region of Somerset County and provides 24/7 emergency services, inpatient and outpatient care, and a network of specialty and primary care physicians close to home.

About the Opportunity:

• Joining 1 employed Radiologist and currently 2 contracted Radiologists
• Must be comfortable reading all diagnostic modalities, including mammography, and perform basic interventional radiology (arthrograms, breast biopsies)
• The schedule is Monday through Friday, with some flexibility
• Can do some hybrid remote
• No nights, weekends, or holidays
• Expect to read 70-90 cases daily
• Fuji PACS - RIS System
• Powerscribe Dictation
• All equipment is digital and up-to-date
• Employed position with a high base salary and a full benefits package

• Located along the Kennebec River in the rolling hills of southern Somerset County
