Strategic Finance Manager

Strategic Finance Manager Location: Dunwoody, GA 30338 (Hybrid) Reports To: Chief Financial Officer Overview TekStream Solutions is seeking a highly analytical and detail-oriented finance professional to support corefinance operations, monthly close coordination, investor reporting, and strategic analysis initiatives. This role will work directly with the CFO and gain exposure to executive leadership, lenders, and private equity sponsors. This position is ideal for someone who wants a blend of: operational finance ownership strategic finance exposure M&A / investor interaction and hands-on experience helping scale a growing IT services business. Key Responsibilities Financial Close & Reporting Coordinate and quarterback monthly financial close process across accounting, payroll, and operational teams Manage close calendar, deliverables, reconciliations, and reporting timelines Assist with monthly financial statement preparation and variance analysis Support cash flow forecasting, working capital tracking, and budget-to-actual reporting Improve reporting processes, controls, and finance workflows Investor & Lender Reporting Prepare recurring reporting packages for investors, lenders, and executive leadership Assist with board materials, KPI dashboards, and operating metrics Support covenant reporting, borrowing base reporting, and ad hoc lender requests Analyze business performance trends across revenue, utilization, gross margin, and operating expenses Strategic Finance & Ad Hoc Analysis Support forecasting, annual budgeting, and scenario modeling initiatives Perform ad hoc financial analyses tied to pricing, headcount, margin optimization, and growth investments Assist with M&A integration, acquisition analysis, and strategic projects as needed Partner cross-functionally with sales, operations, and delivery leadership teams • Qualifications 5-8 years of experience in FP&A, strategic finance, accounting, transaction advisory, investment banking, or related finance role Strong Excel and financial modeling skills required Experience managing deadlines and coordinating across multiple stakeholders Highly organized with strong attention to detail and ownership mentality Ability to communicate effectively with senior leadership and external stakeholders CPA, CFA, investment banking, Big 4, or private equity-backed company experience is a plus Preferred Characteristics Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment Strong problem-solving and analytical mindset Willingness to work both strategically and tactically Interested in gaining exposure to executive decision-making and investor communications • Why Join TekStream Direct exposure to CFO, executive team, lenders, and investors Opportunity to help scale a growing PE-backed technology services company Broad responsibility across accounting, FP&A, strategic finance, and M&A High visibility role with meaningful impact on business operations and decision-making
