As one of the fastest-growing women's health platforms in the U.S., Allara is bridging long-overlooked gaps in healthcare for women.The OpportunityWe're hiring board-certified Family Nurse Practitioners who want to focus on what matters most: delivering exceptional care to women with complex hormonal and metabolic conditions.Location: Fully remote within the U.S.Your ImpactConduct thorough patient assessments and develop personalized treatment plans via video visitsCollaborate with a multidisciplinary care team to deliver the highest standards of careComplete required trainings and uphold Allara's clinical policies, standards, and best practicesEducate patients on preventive care and wellness using evidence-based strategiesMaintain accurate, up-to-date patient records and complete charting in a timely mannerRespond to patient questions and administrative messages with clarity and careDedicate a minimum of 10 patient-facing hours per week, including consultations and medical guidance, with prescribing when clinically appropriatePrimary Clinical FocusPCOS, Hypothyroidism / Hashimoto's, Metabolic Syndrome, Menopause / Perimenopause / HRT, PMDD, Obesity / Weight Management, Diabetes, Hyperlipidemia, and Anxiety/Depression (mild to moderate)Required QualificationsCertification: Active national board certification as a Nurse PractitionerExperience: Minimum of 2 years of consecutive experience as a Nurse Practitioner specializing in women's health and treating chronic conditions Clinical Independence: Proven ability to function as an autonomous provider with strong diagnostic judgment and critical thinking skillsCommunication: Exceptional written and verbal communication, with an emphasis on compassion and clarityWebside Manner: A natural ability to build trust and connection with patients in a virtual settingEvidence-Based Practice: A genuine commitment to delivering care rooted in current clinical researchTechnical Proficiency: Comfortable working across multiple platforms including EMR systems, text expanders, Gmail, Google Calendar, Zoom, and scheduling toolsTelemedicine Experience: Prior telehealth experience is a plusState License Requirements and Hiring Considerations: An active, unrestricted, and unencumbered professional license in at least one U.S. state is requiredA note on state licensing: All active and pending licenses held at the time of application are collected and reviewed during our process.
