How you'll make an impact in this role

• Manage on-call availability and requirements to ensure continuous, responsive coverage and seamless patient care delivery.
• Deliver and monitor comprehensive patient care by implementing care plans, assessing discharge needs, and executing physician and nursing orders in accordance with organizational protocols.
• Track and communicate patient status, accurately recording changes in condition and reporting updates to the appropriate healthcare team members.
• Serve as the primary care coordinator, collaborating across all medical disciplines to ensure well-integrated and efficient patient outcomes.

What minimum requirements you'll need

Licensure / Certification / Registration:

• BLS Provider obtained within 1 Month (30 days) of hire date or job transfer date required. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted.
• Registered Nurse credentialed from the Illinois Board of Nursing obtained prior to hire date or job
  transfer date required.

Education:

• Diploma from an accredited school/college of nursing OR Required professional licensure at time of
  hire.

What additional preferences we're seeking

• 2 years of in-patient experience needed
