Responsibilities: Consistently offer professional, friendly and engaging service Attend to customers in a professional and polite manner while up‑selling merchandise Ensure the shop is neatly maintained and stock is replenished All cashiering duties Provide basic sales techniques and promote “Fairmont” exclusive merchandise to customers Partake in stock‑take and month‑end inventories Ensure the shop is clean at all times Follow department policies, procedures and service standards Follow all safety policies Other duties as assigned Qualifications: Previous experience within retail preferred Computer literate in Microsoft Window applications and/or Point of Sales System required Must be revenue driven Must possess a professional presentation Previous Hotel experience preferred Strong interpersonal and problem solving abilities Highly responsible & reliable Ability to work well under pressure in a fast paced environment Ability to work cohesively as part of a team Your team and working environment: A team of Heartists that are committed to working together, supporting each other, and providing the best guest experience.
