Job Description Job Description The Commercial HVAC Technician plays a crucial role in ensuring the optimal performance and reliability of heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems across multiple commercial sites. This role requires expertise in system installation, routine maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair, with a strong focus on safety and customer service. The technician works both independently and as part of a team, regularly traveling to various locations to handle mixed installation and maintenance projects.

Responsibilities
Install commercial HVAC systems following specifications and safety standards
Perform routine maintenance to ensure system efficiency and longevity
Troubleshoot and diagnose issues in HVAC and refrigeration systems
Repair and replace faulty components and equipment parts
Test systems and equipment to certify operational performance
Interact professionally with customers to address concerns and provide support
Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies
Document work performed, including maintenance and repairs
Recommend and perform system upgrades as needed

Required Qualifications
5+ years of experience in commercial HVAC roles
Technical diploma or certificate in HVAC or related field
Proficient in HVAC system installation and maintenance
Strong troubleshooting skills in refrigeration and electrical systems
Customer service experience with effective communication skills
Demonstrated mechanical aptitude and problem-solving abilities
Strong commitment to safety compliance
