Automotive Sales Associate

As an Automotive Sales Associate at Antwerpen Automotive, you will play a key role in delivering exceptional customer service while helping our clients find the perfect vehicle to match their needs and preferences. You will be involved in every step of the sales process, from greeting customers to closing sales, ensuring a smooth and positive experience for all.

Responsibilities

• Engage with customers in a friendly and professional manner to understand their vehicle needs.
• Explain vehicle features, pricing, and financing options clearly and accurately.
• Conduct test drives and demonstrate vehicle functionality.
• Negotiate sales terms and prepare necessary documentation for vehicle purchases.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of inventory, promotions, and industry trends.
• Collaborate with team members to meet and exceed sales goals.
• Follow up with customers post-sale to ensure satisfaction and foster repeat business.

Requirements

• Previous experience in automotive sales or a related customer service field preferred.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to build rapport and establish trust with customers.
• Valid drivers license and clean driving record.
• Self-motivated with a goal-oriented mindset.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
