As a clinician, are you tired of leadership roles that feel disconnected from actual clinical work? Burned out by weak support systems or environments where therapists' well-being comes second? At Ellie Mental Health, we believe strong clinical leadership changes everything, for clients, clinicians, and culture alike. We're looking for a Clinical Supervisor to join our growing Lake County leadership team as we continue expanding across Lake County, including the opening of our third location in Gurnee later this year. This is not a purely administrative role. We're looking for an experienced clinician who enjoys

mentoring therapists, strengthening clinical quality, supporting team culture, and helping build a sustainable, high-performing practice that clinicians actually want to stay in long term.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide clinical supervision and consultation to licensed and pre-licensed clinicians
• Support & Participate in therapist onboarding, development, and retention success
• Maintain high standards of ethical, evidence-based care
• Assist clinicians with treatment planning, documentation, and case consultation
• Maintain a clinical caseload (approximately 20-25 sessions/week)
• Foster a supportive, collaborative, and inclusive clinical environment
• Support expansion efforts related to our upcoming Gurnee location

Required Qualifications

• Master's degree or higher in Counseling, Social Work, Marriage & Family Therapy, Psychology, or related field
• Active Illinois license (LCPC, LCSW, LMFT, PsyD)
• Experience with assessment, treatment planning, and clinical documentation
• Strong leadership, mentoring, and communication skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Existing or transferable client caseload
• Experience supervising or leading clinical teams
• Outpatient, group, or private practice experience
• Familiarity with insurance and community resources
• Expertise with children, couples, and/or neurodivergent populations

Compensation: $80,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
