Customer Service Representative

Soni is partnering with a growing healthcare and insurance organization to hire Customer Service Representatives to support inbound calls from members, providers, and agents. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys helping people, is comfortable on the phone, and thrives in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. Responsibilities Answer inbound phone calls from customers, providers, and agents Look up and update customer information in a CRM system Provide clear, polite, and accurate support for product and service questions Escalate issues to the appropriate team when needed Respond to customer support requests and follow standard procedures Stay organized and meet daily productivity and quality goals Work collaboratively with internal teams to resolve customer needs Identify ways to improve customer experience Requirements Prior customer service or call center experience Comfortable speaking on the phone and handling multiple calls Strong communication and listening skills Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment Professional, reliable, and detail-oriented Comfortable using computers and CRM systems Able to work onsite in Holmdel, NJ Preferred Qualifications Experience in healthcare, insurance, or financial services High-volume call center experience Strong problem-solving and customer empathy Interest in long-term growth and career advancement Compensation $18-$22/ Hour Salary is based on a range of factors that include relevant experience, knowledge, skills, other job-related qualifications #J-18808-Ljbffr
