Job Qualifications

The ideal General Manager for our Pittsburgh, PA location will have:

·       1+ year of General Manager experience

·       Restaurant or food-industry leadership experience

·       Full-scale, dine-in breakfast concept experience

·       Inventory counting and management experience

·       Proven ability to control food cost

·       Proven ability to manage labor cost and staffing

·       Experience driving comparable sales and profitability metrics

·       Strong understanding of basic restaurant leadership and daily operations

·       Ability to build, train, and inspire a team and create a positive culture

·       ServSafe food-handler certification

·       Management foundation from retail or convenience store backgrounds will be considered if you have a passion for the restaurant industry

Job Responsibilities

As the General Manager you will have full ownership of store-level operations and the controllable financials of the business.

The General Manager in Pittsburgh will be responsible for:

·       Leading all daily restaurant operations for a high-volume, full-service breakfast, lunch and dinner concept

·       Managing inventory, ordering, and controlling food cost

·       Controlling labor, scheduling, and building a high-performing team

·       Monitoring and driving comparable sales and profitability-related metrics

·       Training, developing, and mentoring restaurant employees and management

·       Building a positive, guest-focused culture and ensuring exceptional hospitality

·       Focusing on the key operational items a General Manager can directly control

·       Partnering with the Area Director, Regional Director, and Director of Operations to execute company goals

Compensation & Benefits for General Manager:

·       Base Salary $65,000-70,000 depending on experience, negotiable for top-tier candidates

·       Quarterly bonus based on prime budget, comparable sales, and profitability - up to approximately 20% of salary

·       100% company-paid medical and vision insurance (dental available for approx. $3/week)

·       1 week paid vacation after 90 days, eligible for 2 weeks after one year
