S&C Concrete | Full-Time | Competitive Pay, DOE

We're looking for a concrete foreman who can manage a crew and jobs start to finish. We run commercial, federal, and municipal work across Southern Idaho, and we need a leader who can hold a standard in the field.

What You'll Do

• Run a crew of 4–10 on structural and flatwork concrete
• Read and work from structural prints, shop drawings, and layout
• Plan and sequence pours — forms, rebar, embeds, placement, finish
• Coordinate with the GC, inspectors, and testing agencies on site
• Handle daily reports, quantity tracking, and material orders
• Enforce QC and safety standards; run the toolbox talks
• Communicate with the office on schedule, manpower, and change work
• Train and develop the guys under you

What We're Looking For

• 5+ years in commercial concrete, with at least 2 running a crew as foreman or lead man
• Strong print reading and layout skills
• Understanding of forming systems, rebar placement, and finish requirements
• Maintain safety standards at all times
• Can manage a schedule and hold a crew accountable without running them off
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record
• Ability to pass a background check for access to secured/federal jobsites
• Bilingual English/Spanish strongly preferred
• ACI Flatwork Finisher certification and/or OSHA training a plus.
