Overview
Registered Nurse with a cardiology clinic specialty needed for a travel assignment in Glenwood Springs, Colorado. Start date: 08/25/2026. Duration: 13 weeks. Weekly pay: $1,971.00 to $2,139.00 per week. Guaranteed hours: 38 per week. Shift: Days, Monday–Friday, with no call and no weekend requirements. Work setting involves ambulatory cardiology care within a hospital-adjacent clinic environment. This is a travel temporary assignment through Healthforce Healthcare LLC.

Responsibilities
- Triage and assess patient concerns in the cardiology clinic and initiate appropriate management pathways
- Provide care coordination across cardiology services and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams
- Assist with Exercise Stress Tests and Tilt Table Tests as needed per clinic protocols
- Perform EKGs and monitor heart monitoring equipment; manage IV starts for diagnostic testing
- Educate patients on cardiac conditions, medications, and treatment plans; reinforce discharge instructions
- May assist with patient rooming in the clinic to optimize flow and patient experience

Requirements
- Current Colorado RN license, in good standing
- BLS and ACLS certifications through the American Heart Association
- Minimum of 3 years of Cardiology-specific clinic/ambulatory care experience
- Clinic/Ambulatory Care experience required; Cardiology background preferred
- Epic experience required
