## Description**Job Title:** SeasonalSafety Technician**Department:** *Human Resources and Safety***Summary:** The Safety Technician will work under the supervision of the Health and Safety Supervisor to provide site safety support on projects in the Safety, Health, and Environmental areas in an effort to prevent and mitigate employee injuries and illnesses. **Specific duties include but are not limited to the following:*** Assist with accident investigations.* Conduct daily walkthroughs of all areas.* Monitor forklift safety driving.* Conduct routine checks of PPE used by employees in the workplace.* Provide first aid / CPR to injured employees.* Review the necessity for injured staff for obtaining additional medical Assistance.* Conduct weekly checks of all screening stations for supplies needed.* Provide safety training as needed.* Input Safety Data as needed.* Provide detailed information back to management that are crucial to safety operations and meeting OSHA guidelines.* Provide onsite covid testing when needed.* Other duties as assigned## Qualifications**Requirements:*** AED/CPR/First Aid Certified.* Ability to provide emergency first aid in emergency situations.* Ability to work long hours.* Pass drug and pass physical requirement testing* Possess intermediate Microsoft skills.**Work Environment:** The work environment characteristics described here are representative ofthose an employee encounters while performing the essential functions of this job.
