Qualifications:

• Active North Carolina Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) license required
• Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) in Speech-Language Pathology
• Previous experience in a school-based setting or with K-12 students preferred
• Strong communication, organization, and collaboration skills
• Commitment to onsite work; remote or virtual services are not an option for this role

Primary Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive speech, language, and communication assessments for students
• Develop individualized education plans (IEPs) in collaboration with multidisciplinary teams
• Deliver direct therapy and intervention services to K-12 students
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of student progress and therapy sessions
• Consult with teachers, staff, and families to support student needs and foster an inclusive environment
• Participate in IEP meetings, staff training, and relevant professional development
