Digital advertising is evolving fast-and publishers need smarter, more adaptable technology to keep pace. We're looking for a tech-savvy product leader to set the vision for our publisher solutions and turn complex market needs into products that deliver real business value.

As Vice President, Product Strategy, you'll work at the intersection of publisher and SSP business teams, partner technology teams, and our internal engineering organization. You'll guide the evolution of our publisher products and programmatic integrations, bringing a strategic perspective grounded in hands-on ad operations experience.

What you'll do

• Set the product direction: Own and champion the long-term strategy and roadmap for publisher solutions, aligned with company goals and shifts in the market.
• Spot opportunities: Assess customer needs, competitive offerings, and emerging trends across the programmatic ecosystem, especially publisher and SSP requirements.
• Turn vision into products: Translate strategy into clear product requirements and priorities, partnering closely with Engineering to guide development and delivery.
• Bring real-world Ad Ops insight: Apply your experience with yield optimization, latency, ad quality, fill rates, header bidding, integrations, and reporting to shape practical solutions.
• Build alignment: Collaborate with Engineering, Sales, Marketing, Business Development, and Product teams to support successful launches and adoption.
• Measure and improve: Define product KPIs, track performance after launch, and use data and feedback to guide iteration.
• Support responsible innovation: Partner with Legal and Compliance on data agreements, privacy policies, and security considerations.
• Contribute to industry thinking: Share informed perspectives through presentations and thought leadership.

What you'll bring

• 10+ years of progressive experience in product management or product strategy, including at least 5 years focused on ad tech platforms such as SSPs, DSPs, ad exchanges, or ad servers.
• At least 3-5 years in a hands-on Ad Operations role at a major publisher or SSP, including yield management, programmatic setup, troubleshooting, and partner integrations.
• Deep knowledge of the programmatic advertising ecosystem, including RTB, header bidding, server-to-server integrations, and display, video, native, and CTV formats.
• A strong understanding of publisher monetization and ad quality challenges.
• The ability to connect technical detail to customer needs and business outcomes-and to make sound decisions using data.
• Familiarity with software development practices and emerging technologies.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders across teams and organizations.
• A bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.

The base salary for this position at the time of this posting may range from $115,000 to $230,000. Individual compensation varies based on job related factors, including business needs, experience, level of responsibility and qualifications.
