Facilities Manager We offer competitive base rates that are determined by many factors, including job‑related work experience, internal equity, and industry‑specific market data. In addition to base salary, some positions may be eligible for clinical certification pay and shift differentials. The salary range listed for exempt positions reflects full‑time compensation and will be prorated based on employment status. Responsibilities Conduct facility assessments. Assist in the development of a Master plan for building infrastructure improvement. Provide administrative and technical support for all major projects. Provide a safe, comfortable environment of care ensuring our patients, visitors, physicians and staff have a positive experience. Recommend projects or programs that would improve experiences with respect to environment of care. Assure compliance with building codes and safety and health requirements including BOCA, Joint Commission, OSHA and the Board of Health. Requirements BS in Engineering. Minimum of 5 years Hospital experience in a comparable position. ASCHE certification desired. Must have knowledge of governing codes such as NFPA, OSHA, BOCA, Joint Commission, etc. Valid and in good standing driver’s license issued by the state of New Jersey preferred due to the possibility of driving a facility vehicle to our various locations.
