A national company with a facility in the Pontiac, MI area is currently seeking a Machine Shop Repair Supervisor for an opportunity with their growing team. This is an exciting opportunity for candidates seeking a position with opportunities to grow and advance within the organization.
Machine Shop Repair Supervisor will be working a full-time, with pay rates anticipated to be $35 - 38 per hour based on each candidate's experience and education. All well-qualified candidates will be considered regardless of pay rate. The company offers excellent benefits including medical, dental, company paid life and disability insurance, 401k, and more.
Qualified candidates will have most, if not all, of the following skills and experience.
- 8+ years of experience in supervising a multi-faceted repair and service shop with a staff of 5 or more employees.
- Strong computer skills including experience with Microsoft Office required
- Experience and demonstrated experience in ability to focused on customer service and project completion.
- Ability to stay organized, work productively and efficiently is required
- Must be willing to attain this knowledge through continuing education and training
- Must be able to work in the United States (no H-1 sponsorship or student visas considered).
- Complete standard pre-hire checks including background, drug screen, references, etc.
