Facilities & Operations Coordinator

Position Title Facilities & Operations Coordinator Essential Duties and Responsibilities Assist in coordinating and executing all home athletic contests and special events Serve as one of the liaisons for game-day operations, including coordination of officials, teams, media, security, parking, and emergency services for specific sports Learn the processes and set‑ups for video boards, scoreboards, game clocks, audio systems, and replay systems Assist in overseeing crowd management, security operations, and emergency preparedness for all events Assist with hosting responsibilities for conference and NCAA events Assist and support external events such as receptions, banquets, camps and clinics Complete facility walkthroughs and keep track of maintenance projects Assist with inventory and organization of team equipment and apparel Perform other duties as assigned Job Requirements Bachelor’s Degree required Have an interest in athletics, facilities, and/or event management Be reliable, punctual, and have good communication skills Self‑motivated, yet able to work in a team environment Must be responsible and accountable Be willing to work in all weather conditions Able to lift at least 50 lbs. and stand for long periods of time Hours/Benefits Part time – $7,000 salary; Start date – August 1; Tuition remission benefits.
