WHAT YOU'LL DO: Perform blood draws and IM injections (Testosterone, B12, MIC, etc) Record vitals and update EMRs accurately Support the clinician (NP/PA) during consults and treatments Communicate with warmth, confidence, and clarity Help patients feel respected, heard, and supported Keep clinic flow tight and organized WHAT WE NEED: LVN License (CA - Required) BLS Certification (Required) IV Therapy and Blood Withdrawal Certification or Phlebotomy license (Required) Comfort with male-specific treatments and hormone health A friendly, forward-thinking, team-first mindset Someone who can step in, hold their own, and add value immediately Clinical skill gets you in the door - personality seals the deal.
