Senior Accountant

We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Senior Accountant to support key accounting and financial reporting functions. The ideal candidate will have strong experience with month-end close processes, forecasting and budgeting, customer billing, financial analysis, and general accounting principles . The successful candidate will be highly organized, analytical, proactive, and capable of working independently while collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams. Key Responsibilities Ensure all business transactions are accurately recorded and reported in accordance with Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP) . Support and contribute to the month-end and year-end closing processes , ensuring timely and accurate financial reporting. Collaborate with accounting and cross-functional team members to resolve accounting issues and improve financial processes. Assist with the annual audit process , including preparation of financial statements, supporting schedules, and related disclosures and notes. Research, analyze, and explain expense and budget variances to management. Support forecasting and budgeting activities by providing accurate financial data and analysis. Assist with customer billing and related accounting activities as needed. Identify discrepancies, investigate accounting issues, and recommend appropriate solutions. Maintain accurate and well-organized accounting records and documentation. Take on additional accounting responsibilities and projects as needed to support the finance and accounting team. Qualifications 5+ years of progressive professional accounting experience . Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or a related field , or equivalent professional experience. Experience with Oracle E-Business Suite (Oracle EBS) is preferred. Strong understanding of GAAP and financial accounting principles . Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills. Strong attention to detail and accuracy. Ability to work independently, prioritize multiple responsibilities, and meet deadlines. Proactive, adaptable, and willing to take initiative and support the team where needed. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
