As a Server at Mazzeo's Ristorante, you’ll play a key role in creating memorable experiences for our guests. Your responsibilities will include:

• Greeting and seating guests with a warm and welcoming demeanor.
• Taking accurate food and beverage orders and ensuring timely delivery to tables.
• Providing menu recommendations and answering any questions about our offerings.
• Maintaining a clean and organized dining area.
• Collaborating with team members to ensure smooth service.
• Handling guest concerns or requests with professionalism and care.

To thrive in this role, you’ll need:

• At least 1 year of experience as a server or in a similar customer-facing role.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• A positive attitude and the ability to work well under pressure.
• Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering top-notch service.
• Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
