Schedule

• 3rd Shift: Sunday–Thursday, 10:00 pm–6:30 am
• Overtime, weekends, and holidays may be required

Core responsibilities

• Operate, set up, and disassemble packaging equipment (PLC lines, vision systems, in‑process devices).
• Perform cleaning of production equipment and facilities; uphold housekeeping standards.
• Complete accurate, concurrent documentation: batch records, logbooks, and timecards.
• Stage materials and supplies correctly; operate electric/manual pallet jacks and hi‑lifts.
• Apply metric measurements for process calculations.
• Adhere to SOPs/cGMPs, dress code, and secondary gowning policies.
• Follow safety practices including lock‑out/tag‑out; read and interpret MSDSs; use required PPE (safety shoes, glasses, respirators, gloves, hearing protection).
• Exercise sound decision‑making: escalate questionable issues, follow written/oral directions, stop for anomalies, and identify out‑of‑spec material.
• Communicate effectively with peers and supervisors; support team objectives.
• Perform essential PC tasks using Windows‑based systems.

Required qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to read/interpret procedures and apply general math skills.
• Basic mechanical aptitude and proficiency with hand tools.
• Meets all physical requirements of the position.

Preferred qualifications

• Technical school certificate or 1–2 years of college.
• Minimum 1 year of manufacturing experience.
• Experience with vision systems and robotic fillers.
• Knowledge of Windows‑based PC applications.

Physical demands

• Use safe lifting techniques; stand for extended periods.
• Lift 20–40 lbs routinely and up to 50 lbs occasionally.
• Work flexible hours and overtime as needed.
• Navigate stairs and ladders.

Work conditions

• Exposure to cleaning chemicals and product dust/particulate.
• Exposure to loud noise and varying temperatures.
• Work at heights up to 25 ft (tops of silos, blenders).
