The Role We are seeking an experienced Community Manager to serve as the voice, heartbeat, and front line of HexClad's online world. You'll live where our fans live—Reddit, Meta, TikTok, live streams, and IRL gatherings—scaling high-energy communities, catching the conversations that matter before they trend, and turning everyday interactions into moments people remember. Bridging our social and customer service teams, you'll protect and grow our reputation in real time, translate community sentiment into actionable insight for brand, product, and sales, and lead community-forward experiences that move fans from support tickets to lasting loyalty. Details | Full Time - Exempt Reporting to | Assoc. Director, International Social Media Key Responsibilities Community Scaling: Build, manage, and scale high-performance communities across Reddit, Meta, TikTok, and emerging platforms, driving organic growth and engagement in every key market. Reputation & Crisis Management: Partner with social and customer service teams to develop and maintain brand playbooks for real-time crisis response, brand tone, and ongoing reputation maintenance. Social Listening & Insights: Use social listening tools to monitor community sentiment and translate it into actionable feedback for brand, customer service, product, and sales teams. Experiential Engagement: Spearhead community-forward initiatives—live streams and virtual/IRL events—that create memorable moments and deepen customer connection. Proactive Touchpoints: Identify new touchpoints and maintain high-energy, consumer-facing interactions, shifting the brand from reactive support to proactively 'making moments.' Unified Community Leadership: Provide unified internal and external leadership for organic community growth, aligning social, CS, product, and sales around one cohesive community strategy across key markets. External Platform Expansion: Extend brand presence beyond owned channels to external platforms like Reddit, ensuring a proactive brand presence and cohesive reputation management across the digital landscape. Requirements 3-5 years of experience managing and scaling high-performance communities across Reddit, Meta, and TikTok. Expertise bridging social and customer service teams to develop brand playbooks for real-time crisis response, brand tone, brand-building, and reputation maintenance. Proficiency with social listening tools and the ability to translate community sentiment into actionable feedback for brand, customer service, product, and sales teams. Experience spearheading community-forward initiatives such as live streams and virtual/IRL events. Strategic proactivity—a deep commitment to identifying new touchpoints and maintaining high-energy, consumer-facing interactions. Experience managing international communities and navigating localized content complexities is a plus. Trend forecasting—the ability to identify and translate community trends into social-forward content is a plus. Cooking skills and/or experience in the culinary industry are a plus, though not required. Compensation | Exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience, and location.
