About the Role This is a full-time hybrid opportunity offering flexibility to work both remote and within the local community. As an independent contractor, you will build your own business while representing WoodmenLife's portfolio of life insurance and financial products. Key Responsibilities Generate and develop new business opportunities through networking, referrals, and community involvement. Meet with individuals and families to assess financial protection needs. Educate clients on life insurance, retirement, and financial solutions. Build and maintain long-term client relationships. Utilize CRM tools to manage leads, activities, and follow-up. Meet and exceed sales and production goals. Participate in community events and volunteer initiatives that strengthen local relationships. Qualifications Strong sales, prospecting, and relationship-building skills. Excellent communication and customer service abilities. Self-motivated with an entrepreneurial mindset. Ability to work independently and manage a flexible schedule. Experience in insurance, financial services, or outside sales preferred. CRM proficiency and basic technology skills.
