LHH is partnering with a reputable healthcare client in Carmel, IN to hire an Entry-Level Medical Accounts Receivable (AR) Representative. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to launch or grow a career in healthcare revenue cycle. While prior experience is preferred, it is not required-we are looking for motivated, reliable individuals eager to learn and develop.

Key Responsibilities
- Assist with medical accounts receivable processes, including reviewing and following up on outstanding claims
- Communicate with insurance companies and payers regarding claim status and discrepancies
- Perform data entry and maintain accurate records in billing systems
- Identify and resolve billing issues in a timely manner
- Support the revenue cycle team with administrative tasks as needed
- Utilize computer systems and tools such as Word, Excel, and Outlook effectively
- Entry-level candidates encouraged to apply; prior AR or healthcare experience preferred
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Stable work history with consistent attendance
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
- Strong communication skills and willingness to learn and grow
- Fully onsite role in Carmel, IN
- Flexible start time between 7:30 AM and 9:00 AM
- Standard 8-hour workday, Monday through Friday
