Data Coordinator

Full Time | Hybrid (Office + District Support as Needed) RESPONSIBILITIES Organization-Wide Data Management Data Collection & Departmental Support Reporting, Analysis & Dashboards Enrollment, Student & Family Data Program, District & Partner Data Development, Communications & Advocacy Support Alumni & Historical Data REQUIREMENTS Experience with databases, CRM systems, data management, or data coordination Experience with Salesforce or a comparable CRM Strong analytical, organizational, problem-solving, and project-management skills Strong attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines Strong written and verbal communication skills Ability to explain data and systems to non-technical staff Ability to work independently and collaboratively across departments Ability to maintain confidentiality and discretion Proficiency with Google Workspace and Microsoft Office Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment SCHEDULE This is a fully in-person work schedule that is responsive to programming needs and expectations that may include some evenings and weekends. Remote time is at CEO discretion. SALARY $55,000–$60,000 annually, commensurate with experience #J-18808-Ljbffr
