SENIOR SPECIAL AGENT

Department of Corrections & Rehabilitation Senior Special Agent, Fugitive Apprehension Team Salary: $10,757.00 – $13,480.00 per month (minimum salary applicable to New to State candidates). Responsibilities Manage and supervise the activities of an OCS field office. Provide supervision and training to staff, coordinating and monitoring investigations, arrests, and warrant service involving CDCR incarcerated individuals, escapees, supervised persons, parolees at large (PALs), and employees. Conduct complex investigations, locate and apprehend PALs, escapees, and other fugitives. Establish and maintain liaison with other law enforcement agencies. Minimum Requirements Qualified candidates must meet the Minimum Qualifications as described in the Classification Specification. Working Conditions The Sacramento Fugitive Apprehension Team office is located in a secured access building within Sacramento County. Some travel may be required. Compensation and Benefits Compensational: $10,757.00 – $13,480.00 per month. Benefits are based on job classification, bargaining unit, time base and length of appointment (details are available upon appointment).
