How You Will Make a Difference Communicating admissions and transitional care needs with the appropriate stakeholders involved in care. Understand census, quality mix, and bed management needs of the building. Maintian a working knowledge of Federal and State regulations, referral processes and reimbursement (Managed Care, Medicare, and Medicaid). Spend time in hospitals meetings with potential residents and families. What You Need To Make a Difference Minimum of one (1) year experience in long-term care or related industry. Local travel with your personal vehicle is required. Must understand long-term care business, including census and quality mix goals and referral expectations. Demonstrated intermediate to advanced skills in Microsoft Office Suite. Must have highest level of professionalism with the ability to maintain confidentiality.
