Our Mission “In everything we do we believe in breaking down barriersand getting help to the community now.” Minimum Qualifications Education : Master’s in social work, Professional Counseling, Family Therapy, or other qualified degree. License in Oregon: LPCA, CSWA, AMFT Licensure Timeline: We welcome applications from associate clinicians who can demonstrate a clear path to obtaining full licensure (LPC, LMFT, or LCSW) by **July 1, 2027** , and are excited to support them along the way. Experience: Providing behavioral health services using evidence-based practices to clients of all ages, welcoming therapists with expertise in working with any age group, from children to adults. Position Details Location: Onsite at our Portlandoffice Position Type: Full-Time, W-2 Employee Client Caseload: Full-Time clinicians are expected to complete 22 sessions per week, with 28 appointments scheduled weekly to naturally account for routine cancellations and reschedules. Earnings are determined by the number of completed sessions, allowing flexibility and control over your schedule and income. Background Check Requirement A background check will be performed on all hires, post offer. Employment is contingent upon passing this check. What We Offer Benefits and Compensation: Competitive Compensation : Compensation is based on billable services rendered. Brightways Clinicians make $67,158.00 to $90,558 per year (working 4 or 5 days per week). Your income is based on the number of completed sessions, give you flexibility and control over your schedule and earning potential. Growth Opportunities : Associates who remain with Brightways through licensure, receive a pay and benefits increase upon licensure. Our licensed clinicians earn a range of $82,368 to $131,040 , depending on schedule. Flexible Schedule Work Life Balance Up to 4 weeks of Paid Time Off: All Clinicians receive up to 2 weeks of PTO upon hire. In addition, clinicians have the opportunity to earn up to 2 additional weeks of PTO annually through our productivity based PTO program. Additional Benefits Include Health Insurance : Employer contributions towards Medical, dental, and prescription insurance with acupuncture and chiropractic through Professional Benefits Services and dental/orthodontia coverage through Moda Health (available the 1st of the month following start date), HDHP w/ HSA.
