Position Summary
We are seeking a highly motivated, confident, and team-oriented Dental Hygienist who is passionate about patient care and education. The ideal candidate will be a self-starter with excellent communication skills and a strong desire to help patients achieve optimal oral health.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive dental hygiene care in a single-column hygiene setup

• Educate patients on oral hygiene techniques and preventive care

• Collaborate with dentists and team members to deliver quality treatment

• Maintain accurate patient records and charting

• Ensure a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for patients

Qualifications

• Valid Washington State Dental Hygiene License (required)

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

• Strong attention to detail and patient-focused mindset

• Positive attitude and ability to work collaboratively within a team

Compensation & Benefits

• Compensation: $60–$70 per hour (based on experience)
