We are looking for a Dental Hygienist

We are a privately owned, patient-centered dental practice looking for a friendly, skilled Dental Hygienist to join our team.

Our office is owned by Dr. Hung, who believes that exceptional patient care starts with great communication and teamwork. We maintain an open-door environment where every team member is valued, supported, and encouraged to contribute. We take pride in fostering a positive workplace culture where everyone works together to ensure the best possible experience for our patients.

Our team includes experienced and dedicated staff members who genuinely enjoy helping one another. We believe in cross-training and collaboration, so there is never a "front office versus back office" mentality—just one team working toward the same goal. Now, we're looking for a Hygienist to help complete our dental family!

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive dental hygiene services, including prophylaxis, periodontal maintenance, scaling and root planing, and periodontal assessments.
• Educate patients on oral health, preventive care, and individualized home-care recommendations.
• Accurately document clinical findings, treatment recommendations, and patient communications.
• Assist in diagnosing and monitoring periodontal conditions.
• Maintain strict infection control and sterilization protocols.
• Collaborate closely with Dr. Hung and the dental team to provide outstanding patient care.
• Communicate treatment recommendations clearly and compassionately.
• Support a positive, team-oriented office culture and assist where needed.

Qualifications

• Current Washington State Dental Hygienist license.
• Strong knowledge of dental terminology, periodontal therapy, and preventive dentistry.
• Commitment to maintaining high standards of patient care and infection control.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to build rapport with patients of all ages.
• Team-oriented attitude with a willingness to collaborate and support coworkers.
• Experience with dental software and electronic charting is preferred.
