Family in Bethesda, Maryland is seeking a full-time Family Assistant to provide hands-on support with household organization, light housekeeping, meal prep, and family errands. The ideal candidate is highly organized, proactive, dependable, and personable, with the flexibility to seamlessly manage a variety of responsibilities in a busy household.
Responsibilities
Manage daily household logistics and help keep the familys schedule organized.
Drive children to after school activities
Prepare or reheat family meals and provide light kitchen support; a separate chef handles primary meal preparation.
Perform light daily housekeeping, tidying, laundry, and general household organization.
Assist with errands, grocery runs, returns, pickups, and other household tasks.
Help anticipate the familys needs and proactively address day-to-day issues.
Qualifications
Exceptional organizational and time-management skills.
Highly dependable, responsible, and proactive.
Valid drivers license and clean driving record.
Comfortable with basic meal preparation and kitchen support.
Excellent communication skills and sound judgment.
Ability to multitask and remain calm in a busy household.
Discretion and respect for family privacy are essential.
Schedule: Monday through Friday, 12:00 PM8:00 PM or 1:00 PM8:00 PM
Salary $3545 per hour
