Job DescriptionJob Description Position Overview We are hiring dependable and hardworking Crew Members / Maintenance Team Members for our new Exxon convenience store location featuring Exxon, Golden Chick, and Taco Rico. This position plays an important role in maintaining a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for customers while supporting daily operations across the store and restaurant areas. We are looking for team-oriented individuals with strong work ethic, positive attitudes, and a willingness to help wherever needed. Responsibilities Provide excellent customer service and assist customers with purchases and questions Operate cash registers and process cash, credit card, and other payment transactions accurately Handle cash responsibly and balance registers when required Maintain cleanliness of the convenience store, restaurant dining areas, restrooms, kitchen spaces, and fuel station areas Perform routine cleaning duties including sweeping, mopping, trash removal, stocking supplies, and sanitizing surfaces Assist with basic maintenance and upkeep of equipment and facilities Support restaurant and store staff during busy periods when needed Keep parking lots, sidewalks, and exterior areas clean and safe Restock merchandise, beverages, and supplies as assigned Follow all food safety, sanitation, and safety procedures Report maintenance issues or safety concerns to management promptly Maintain a professional and positive attitude with customers and team members Qualifications Previous cashier, maintenance, janitorial, restaurant, convenience store, or customer service experience but not required Basic cash handling and customer service skills Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Strong attention to cleanliness and detail Reliable transportation and punctual attendance Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods Flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays What We Offer Competitive pay Flexible scheduling Growth opportunities Friendly team environment Training provided #J-18808-Ljbffr
