Remote Benefits Consultant

Position Overview AO Globe Life is seeking a Remote Benefits Consultant to help individuals and families better understand insurance options that may support their financial protection goals. You will work from home, meet with prospective clients through virtual appointments, and provide clear education around life, supplemental health, and accident insurance. Responsibilities
- Connect with prospective clients through company-provided warm leads
- Schedule and conduct virtual client appointments
- Complete needs-based conversations to understand client priorities
- Explain life, supplemental health, and accident insurance options
- Help clients understand coverage choices and available services
- Provide timely follow-up and professional support
- Maintain accurate records of client communication
- Participate in ongoing coaching, training, and team meetings
