For the Program Manager openings, Client is looking for: Senior-level PMO practitioners, Enterprise program leadership experience, Governance experience, Accountability management, Issue and risk management, Cross-functional coordination, Structured execution, They will work across: Product teams, Engineering teams, Data science teams. These positions are more similar to Client's traditional senior program management roles.

Current Direction

Leadership changed direction. Manager explained: AI experience is preferred, AI experience is not required, Strong PMO talent is more important. Enterprise AI leadership is willing to train candidates on AI concepts if necessary. Technical Expectations
