Join our dynamic team as a Sales Representative and become a vital part of driving growth and building lasting customer relationships. CR3 American Exteriors is looking for an ambitious, motivated, and trustworthy Outside Sales Representative to join our growing team. We specialize in roofing and home exterior repairs and replacements.

We are looking for someone who is comfortable meeting homeowners face-to-face, enjoys working independently, and is willing to learn the roofing and exterior remodeling industry. Roofing experience is not required—we will train the right person.

Responsibilities

• Perform free roofing and exterior inspections for homeowners
• Meet with homeowners and identify exterior repair or replacement needs
• Explain roofing and exterior remodeling options clearly
• Develop relationships with homeowners and generate new business
• Follow up with leads and customers
• Prepare and present estimates and proposals
• Guide customers through the sales process from inspection to completion
• Maintain accurate customer and project information
• Work closely with the production team to ensure a smooth customer experience
• Prospect for new customers through referrals, networking, and neighborhood outreach
• Comfortable learning and using technology and software
• Willing to learn CRM systems, EagleView, QuickMeasure, and other sales and estimating tools
  

Experience

• Prior retail store experience or customer service background demonstrating strong client relationship skills
• Knowledge of pricing strategies, basic math skills, and commercial driving experience preferred
• Familiarity with automobile transportation, route driving, and DOT regulations is advantageous
• Ability to communicate effectively with clients and team members in a professional manner
• Experience in upselling techniques to enhance sales opportunities
• Organizational skills necessary for route planning, merchandising, and managing multiple client accounts
• Physical ability to perform heavy lifting tasks safely while adhering to safe lifting practices

No roofing experience? No problem. If you have the right attitude, work ethic, and willingness to learn, we will teach you the industry and our systems.

Our pay is based on how many jobs the sales representative can close, and it is based on commission. Commission is based on a percentage of full closed jobs and experience.

**The average yearly income in the state of OHIO for an experienced sales associate for roofing between 70,000k and 90,000k, depending on sales performance of individual. If experienced enough, they can make between that amount and or more, all depending on sales commission from completed jobs during year. ** We based our salary number on the average sales/commissions made by an individual who is an intermediate experienced individual in roofing sales, in the state of OHIO** Not a guaranteed salary by CR3, could be more or less depending on Sales Representative experience, and commissions made that year**
