The successful candidate will be responsible for strategic financial planning, investment reporting, accounting oversight, cash flow management, and ensuring regulatory compliance across a sophisticated and diversified portfolio. This executive position demands a professional with a Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance, a CPA or equivalent, and a minimum of 15 years' experience in accounting and finance, particularly within investment management. The role requires a proven track record in managing complex, multi-entity structures, and experience as a Controller, CFO, or Head of Finance in a similar financial environment. Key responsibilities for the Group Head of Finance include leading end-to-end financial operations, overseeing general ledger accounts, and preparing financial statements. The role also involves analyzing and managing cash flow, tracking multi-asset investments, and maintaining records of capital calls and distributions. The ideal candidate will have advanced analytical, organizational, and communication skills, and a strong background in implementing and enhancing financial systems. They must be a trusted advisor with a high level of discretion and professionalism, capable of collaborating with senior leadership and external partners.
