Registered Nurse - Progressive Care Unit

Role Overview Position: Registered Nurse in the Progressive Care department, located in Tulsa, OK, working full-time day shifts. Key Responsibilities Deliver holistic, high-quality nursing care aligned with clinical standards and protocols. Develop, implement, and monitor personalized patient care plans, adjusting as needed. Coordinate communication among healthcare team members to ensure seamless patient care. Monitor patient conditions vigilantly, document changes, and respond promptly. Manage physician and nursing orders, and coordinate discharge planning for smooth transitions. Qualifications & Skills Current Registered Nurse licensure from the Oklahoma Board of Nursing. Basic Life Support (BLS) certification obtained within 30 days of hire, from AHA or ARC. Diploma from an accredited nursing program or equivalent licensure at hire. #J-18808-Ljbffr
