Position Overview: This role involves delivering comprehensive nursing care and leadership by collaborating closely with physicians and a multidisciplinary team. The nurse will utilize the nursing process to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate care for patients of diverse ages, genders, cultures, and backgrounds. Providing both physical and psychosocial support to patients and their families is a key component of this position.

Education & Certification

Registered Nursing degree from an accredited nursing school.
Active Registered Nurse license in the relevant state.
BLS (CPR) certification required or to be obtained within three months of hire.
ACLS, PALS, and NRP certifications must be completed within one year; NRP is not mandatory for Surgical RN-Advanced roles.
For Emergency Room specialization, completion of TNCC is required.

Proven ability to work effectively within a team-oriented environment.
Strong communication skills to support patients, families, and healthcare team members.
