About the Opportunity: A growing organization is seeking an experienced Human Resources Generalist to serve as the primary HR partner supporting multiple field locations. This is a highly visible role that combines full-cycle recruiting, employee relations, compliance, onboarding, and day-to-day HR operations while partnering closely with local leadership and a corporate HR team. This opportunity is ideal for an HR professional who enjoys being the go-to resource for employees and managers, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and is confident making decisions independently while maintaining strong relationships across all levels of an organization. The ideal candidate brings a strong background in employee relations, recruiting, and HR compliance, along with the ability to support both professional and operations employees in a hands-on environment. Responsibilities: Serve as the primary onsite HR resource for multiple office locations. Manage full-cycle recruiting for professional, administrative, and operations positions. Partner with hiring managers on workforce planning and hiring strategies. Coach managers and employees on employee relations matters, workplace concerns, and performance issues. Conduct employee investigations and maintain appropriate documentation. Coordinate onboarding activities and ensure a positive new hire experience. Maintain recruiting activity and applicant records within the company's applicant tracking system. Ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations including OFCCP, EEO, ADA, and related HR policies. Support benefits administration, open enrollment, employee engagement initiatives, and additional HR programs. Collaborate with corporate HR leadership while operating independently at the local level. Qualifications: 5+ years of progressive Human Resources experience. Strong experience with employee relations and manager coaching. Proven full-cycle recruiting experience across both exempt and non-exempt positions. Working knowledge of OFCCP, EEO, ADA, and employment law. Experience using an Applicant Tracking System (ATS); iCIMS experience is a plus. Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills. Ability to work independently in a highly visible, onsite HR role.
